研究目的：

1、利用目诊仪研究近视大学生中医证型分布规律，利用眼底照相与血流OCT研究分析近视大学生眼底视盘、视网膜、脉络膜形态及血流特征，初步探讨大学生近视中医证型与眼底特征的相关性。 2、采用视疲劳相关调查问卷研究近视大学生视疲劳发生现状及影响因素，并探讨其与近视中医证型的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome types in college students with myopia, and to analyze the morphology and blood flow characteristics of the optic disc, retina and choroid in the fundus of college students with myopia by fundus photography and OCTA, and to explore the correlation between TCM syndrome types of myopia and fundus characteristics. 2.The asthenopia questionnaire was used to investigate the current situation and influencing factors of asthenopia in myopic college students, and to explore the relationship between asthenopia and TCM syndrome types of myopia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄18-22岁，性别不限； 2、最佳矫正视力≥0.8，且眼压≤21mmHg； 3、无全身疾患，无器质性眼病者（包括青光眼、白内障、斜弱视、圆锥角膜、葡萄膜炎、视网膜脱离、视网膜劈裂、黄斑水肿等）。 4.知情同意，且自愿签署知情同意书，符合道德伦理规范。

Inclusion criteria

1. The age ranged from 18 to 22 years, boys or girls; 2. 0.8 or better best corrected visual acuity, and IOP <=21 mm Hg; 3. No systemic diseases, no organic eye diseases (including glaucoma, cataract, strabismus and amblyopia, keratoconus, uveitis, retinal detachment, retinoschisis, macular edema, etc.); 4. Informed consent is obtained voluntarily and the informed consent form is signed, in accordance with ethical standards.

排除标准：

1、施行过角膜屈光手术、眼内手术及眼部外伤手术者； 2、存在严重的屈光间质混浊而影响眼底检查成像者； 3、患有糖尿病、高血压等可能影响眼底情况的全身疾病患者； 4、合并全身疾病，尤其是重大疾病，对机体状态有明显影响者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have undergone corneal refractive surgery, intraocular surgery and ocular trauma surgery; 2. Severe refractive interstitial opacities affecting fundus imaging; 3. Patients with systemic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension that may affect the condition of the fundus; 4. Complicated with systemic diseases, especially major diseases, which have a significant impact on the body state.
