研究目的：

回顾性分析使用司美格鲁肽前后超重或肥胖合并2型糖尿病及代谢相关脂肪性肝病患者血糖、体重、血脂、肝肾功能、胰岛素水平等指标的变化水平。  

Objectives of Study：

To retrospectively analyze the levels of changes in blood glucose, body weight, blood lipids, liver and kidney functions, insulin levels and other indicators in patients with overweight or obesity combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus and metabolism-associated steatohepatopathy before and after the use of semaglutide.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-75岁； （2）确诊2型糖尿病； （3）经超声检查为脂肪肝； （4）排除饮酒、酗酒等其他原因引起的脂肪肝患者 （5）近3个月未使用降糖药及减重药物等； （6）研究资料完整，且知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) aged 18-75 years; (2) confirmed diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus; (3) fatty liver by ultrasonography; (4) exclusion of patients with other causes of fatty liver such as alcohol consumption and alcoholism (5) no use of hypoglycemic drugs and weight-loss medications, etc., in the last 3 months; (6) complete study data and informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)对司美格鲁肽不耐受，自行更改用药方案； (2)患有糖尿病严重并发症或1型糖尿病； (3)患有原发肝脏和胰腺肿瘤、肝炎、肝硬化； (4）妊娠或哺乳期女性； （5）抗抑郁药、糖皮质激素等药物导致的肥胖；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) intolerance to semaglutide and change the medication regimen on their own; (2) suffering from severe complications of diabetes or type 1 diabetes; (3) suffering from primary liver and pancreatic tumors, hepatitis, and cirrhosis of the liver; (4) women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; (5) obesity caused by antidepressants, glucocorticoids, and other medications;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.电子数据记录：本研究采用电子化数据记录在本院病例系统中，后续整理在EXCEL表格中用于统计分析，内容由研究者或其授权人员收集并填写。 2.数据管理：本研究受试者采用问卷法进行个人史、糖尿病及相关并发症病史等的调查，抽血检测的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、肝肾功能及测量的身高、体重均记录于我院病历系统，上述后续可整理为excel表格用于统计分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Electronic data records: This study adopted electronic data records in the medical case system of our hospital, and then sorted them into EXCEL tables for statistical analysis. The contents were collected and filled in by researchers or their authorized personnel. 2. Data management: The subjects in this study were investigated by questionnaire about their personal history, history of diabetes and related complications, etc. Fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipids, liver and kidney function as well as measured height, weight were all recorded in the medical record system of our hospital, and the above can be sorted into excel tables for statistical analysis.
