研究目的：

1.阐明利多卡因对单肺通气患者脑氧代谢和围术期神经认知紊乱的影响。 2.提出单肺通气患者临床麻醉的药物组合和剂量优化麻醉方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To elucidate the effects of lidocaine on cerebral oxygen metabolism and perioperative neurocognitive disorders in patients with single lung ventilation. 2. The drug combination and dose optimization anesthesia scheme for patients with single lung ventilation were proposed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.全身麻醉下行胸腔镜下肺叶或肺段切除术的患者。 2.BMI 18~25 kg/m2。 3.ASA Ⅰ 或 Ⅱ级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy or segmental resection under general anesthesia. 2.BMI 18-25 kg/m^2. 3.ASA I or II level.

排除标准：

1.利多卡因过敏。 2.长期酗酒3.初中以下文化。 3.心脑血管疾病、肝肾功能异常。 4.高血压、糖尿病、贫血。 5.肺功能检查FEV1/FVC<65％。 6.长期使用镇静镇痛药物、凝血功能障碍。 7.术中失血量超过300 ml者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Lidocaine allergy. 2. Chronic alcoholism 3. Culture below junior high school. 3. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, abnormal liver and kidney function. 4. Hypertension, diabetes, anemia. 5. Lung function examination FEV1/FVC< 65%. 6. Long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs, coagulation dysfunction. 7. Intraoperative blood loss of more than 300 ml.
