研究目的：

随着口腔数字化印模扫描技术的普及，扫描质量评价标准的缺失对行业技术发展的影响日渐增大，特别是在护理主导的扫描程序中尤为凸显。因此，探索构建科学的口腔数字化印模扫描质量评价指标体系具有重要意义。  

Objectives of Study：

With the popularization of digital intraoral impression scanning technology, the lack of standardized quality evaluation criteria has increasingly affected the development of the industry, especially in nursing-led scanning procedures. Therefore, exploring the construction of a scientific quality evaluation index system for digital intraoral impression scanning is a matter of great significance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

①18≤年龄≤70岁；②牙周状况良好；③邻牙及对颌牙完好或已完成充填/修复治疗；④患者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1 18 <= Age <= 70 years old; 2 Good periodontal condition; 3 The adjacent teeth and the opposite teeth are intact or the filling/restoration treatment has been completed; 4 The patient gives informed consent.

排除标准：

①严重开口困难或咽反射敏感；②存在沟通障碍无法配合。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Severe difficulty in opening the mouth or sensitive gag reflex; 2 Presence of communication disorders that prevent cooperation.

根据构建的口腔数字化印模扫描质量评价指标体系制定口腔印模扫描质量评价与护理实施方案，严格落实实施方案并对患者进行口扫和护理。包括组建口扫专项小组、完善扫描规范与制度、优化培训方案并落实执行、严格考核准入、落实质量控制与个性化口扫护理。

According to the constructed quality evaluation index system for oral digital impression scanning, a quality evaluation and nursing implementation plan for oral impression scanning was formulated. The plan was strictly implemented, and intraoral scanning and nursing were carried out for the patients. It included forming a special intraoral scanning team, perfecting the scanning specifications and systems, optimizing the training plan and implementing it , strictly assessing the admission qualifications, and implementing quality control and personalized intraoral scanning nursing.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.口扫时间、患者满意度评价表和口扫数据质量合格率数据分别由口扫护士、口扫质控小组成员和口腔技师采集后放入科室档案室保管。2.由2名研究者将收集数据录入excel表格，存储在加密的电子设备中，确保数据安全。未经项目负责人同意，任何人不得擅自复制、传播、泄露项目数据。项目结束后，按照相关规定对所有研究数据进行销毁，确保数据不再泄露。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1.The data of oral scanning time, patient satisfaction evaluation form, and the qualified rate of oral scanning data quality are collected by the oral scanning nurse, members of the oral scanning quality control team, and the dental technician respectively, and then stored in the department's archives. 2. Two researchers will enter the collected data into an Excel spreadsheet and store it in an encrypted electronic device to ensure data security. Without the consent of the project leader, no one shall copy, disseminate, or disclose the project data without authorization. After the project is completed, all research data will be destroyed in accordance with relevant regulations to ensure that the data is no longer leaked.
