接受经皮左心耳封堵术
气管插管全身麻醉

Inclusion criteria

ASA2-3
The patients were were scheduled to percutaneous left atrial appendage closure surgery, and receiving endotracheal intubation general anesthesia with cisatracurium-neostigmine or rocuronium-sugammadex.

排除标准：

拒绝参加
精神类药物使用史
肝肾疾病史
新斯的明或阿托品过敏史
认知功能障碍
怀孕或哺乳期

Exclusion criteria：

the patients refused to participate,
use of psychiatric medications and alcohol abuse,
with a history of liver and kidney disease,
contraindication to neostigmine and/or atropine
or cognitive impairment or pregnant or lactating.
