Objectives of Study：

The Impact of Different Hemostasis Methods in Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy on Ovarian Reserve Function

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 单侧卵巢的，可经单孔腹腔镜手术剥除卵巢良性囊肿符合《妇产科学（第9版）》相关诊断标准，且经手术病理检查确诊； 2. 术前6个月月经周期正常且未使用激素治疗； 3. 首次接受腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术（LOCR）治疗； 4. 免疫系统、凝血功能正常； 5. 获得随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Unilateral ovarian benign cysts can be removed by single-port laparoscopic surgery in accordance with the relevant diagnostic criteria of Obstetrics and Gynecology (9th Edition), and confirmed by surgical pathological examination; 2. 6 months before the normal menstrual cycle and did not use hormone therapy; 3. Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy (LOCR) for the first time; 4. Normal immune system and blood coagulation function; 5. Obtain follow-up.

排除标准：

1. 合并卵巢恶性肿瘤或其他恶性肿瘤； 2. 合并多囊卵巢综合征或其他卵巢疾病； 3. 合并感染性疾病； 4. 既往有盆腔、卵巢手术史； 5. 心肝肾等重要脏器功能不全； 6. 术前6个月内使用激素类药物； 7. 术中转开腹手术或双侧囊肿； 8. 术后失访或数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with ovarian malignant tumor or other malignant tumor; 2. Combined with polycystic ovary syndrome or other ovarian diseases; 3. Complicated with infectious diseases; 4. History of pelvic or ovarian surgery; 5. Heart, liver, kidney and other important organs dysfunction; 6. Use of hormonal drugs within 6 months before surgery; 7. Conversion to open surgery or bilateral cysts; 8. Loss of follow-up or missing data after surgery.
