研究目的：

神经精神性狼疮是SLE最常见的并发症之一，也是主要的死亡原因，但是目前其发病机制尚不明确。本研究旨在从多个维度分析伴及不伴神经精神症状的SLE、健康对照三组间脑功能改变情况，探究SLE早期脑损伤的潜在神经影像标记，并结合临床资料和实验室检查，从神经影像学角度补充NPSLE的发病机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Neuropsychiatric lupus is one of the most common complications of SLE and a major cause of death, but its pathogenesis is still unclear. The purpose of this study was to analyze the diencephalic function changes in SLE and healthy control groups with and without neuropsychiatric symptoms from multiple dimensions, explore the potential neuroimaging markers of early brain injury in SLE, and supplement the pathogenesis of NPSLE from the perspective of neuroimaging combined with clinical data and laboratory examinations.

纳入标准：

1.伴有神经精神症的SLE组纳入标准：（1）伴有神经精神症状的 SLE 符合 1999 ACR 定义的神经精神症状； （2）年龄 18-55 岁；（3）女性；（4）右利手；（5）能配合MRI及神经心理学检查； 2.不伴有神经精神症状的SLE组纳入标准：（1）符合2019年ACR SLE诊断标准的患者；（2）不伴有神经精神症状的患者；（3）年龄18-55岁；（4）女性；（5）右利手；（6）能配合MRI及神经心理学检查； 3.健康对照组的纳入标准：（1）年龄和性别与病例组相匹配；（2）右手；（3）其余条件同病例组；

Inclusion criteria

1.Inclusion criteria for the NPSLE group:(1) SLE with neuropsychiatric symptoms met the neuropsychiatric symptoms as defined by the 1999 ACR; (2) Age 18-55 years; (3) Female; (4) Right-handed ; (4) Can cooperate with MRl and neuropsychological examination; 2.Inclusion criteria for the non-NPSLE group: (1) Patients meeting the 2019 ACR criteria for SLE; (2) Patients without neuropsychiatric symptoms; (3) Age 18-55 years; (4) Female; (5) Right-handed ; (6) Can cooperate with MRl and neuropsychological examination; 3.Inclusion criteria for the healthy control group: (1) Age and gender were matched with those of the case group. (2) Right hand. (3) Other conditions were the same as those of the case group.

排除标准：

1.患有其他系统严重疾病的患者； 2.患有中枢神经系统疾病的患者； 3.其他风湿性免疫系统疾病； 4.神经精神病学史； 5.吸烟者、吸毒者或酗酒者； 6.禁忌核磁共振检查； 7.不能配合神经心理学测试。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with serious diseases of other systems. 2. Patients with central nervous system diseases. 3. Other rheumatic immune system diseases. 4. History of neuropsychiatry. 5. Smokers, drug addicts or alcoholics. 6. Do not undergo MRI examinations. 7. Unable to cooperate with neuropsychological tests;
