研究目的：

通过前瞻性、随机对照研究，明确应用氯化钙自主神经节消融是否可以预防术后的房颤发生  

Objectives of Study：

To observe whether calcium autonomic denervation prevents postoperative atrial fibrillation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄：18≤年龄≤ 80 岁；
2）术前无房颤病史；
3）术前诊断主动脉瓣狭窄或关闭不全，二尖瓣关闭不全；
4）心房≤50mm；
5）择期进行下列之一手术：主动脉瓣置换，二尖瓣成形或置换；
6）EF>40%；
7）首次行心脏手术病人；
8）自愿参试并签署知情同意书，依从性好，能够配合完成随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adults aged 18 to 80 years;
2. Patients without prior history of AF;
3. Non-urgent or non-emergent valve surgery;
4. With MI or AS, AI disease;
5. EF > 40%;
6. LAA <= 50mm;
7. Patients undergoing heart surgery for the first time;
8. Willing to paticipants in this trial and sign the informed consent, good compliance and ability to complete follow-up.

排除标准：

1）服用I类及III类抗心律失常药物；
2）先天性心脏病冠脉病病史
3）心脏手术的同时伴有其他身体部位手术；
4）肝肾功能损害（检测结果超出正常值上限的3 倍）、有手术禁忌症者；
5）患有其它疾病需要放疗、化疗、长期激素治疗者；
6）已参加其他临床试验；
7）合并二尖瓣狭窄；
8）合并其他心脏手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have taken class I or III anti-arrhythmic drugs for any arrhythmia;
2. With a history of adult congenital heart disease or valvular disease;
3. With MS;
4. Valve surgery is accompanied by surgery of other heart surgery;
5. Heart surgery is accompanied by surgery of other organ system;
6. Liver and kidney function abnormality (results exceed the upper limit of normal value by 3 times);
7. With valve surgery contraindications;
8. Patients suffer from other diseases who require radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and long-term hormone treatment;
9. Participated in other clinical trials.
