研究目的：

本研究将通过开展纵向研究，通过收集多个时间节点真实世界养老机构老年人认知衰弱相关资料，应用潜变量增长混合模型分析其发展轨迹，并采用Logistic回归分析探讨不同轨迹的预测因素。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will conduct a longitudinal research to collect real-world data on cognitive frailty among the elderly in elderly care institutions at multiple time points. The latent variable growth mixture model will be applied to analyze the development trajectory, and Logistic regression analysis will be used to explore the predictive factors for different trajectories.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合认知衰弱症状诊断标准：Fried 衰弱表型>=3 分（包括无意识体质量下降、疲乏感、低体力活动、步速减慢、握力下降５个评估指标，满足任意３ 项为衰弱期），MMSE 量表评分>=19 分; （2）年龄>=65 岁; （3）入住养老机构>=1 个月; （4）意识清楚，生命体征平稳，能进行正常语言交流; （5）知情同意参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for cognitive frailty symptoms: Fried frailty phenotype score >= 3 (including 5 assessment indicators: unintentional weight loss, fatigue, low physical activity, slow walking speed, and reduced grip strength; meeting any 3 indicates frailty), MMSE score >= 19; (2) Age >= 65 years; (3) Resided in a nursing facility for at least 1 month; (4) Clear consciousness, stable vital signs, able to communicate normally; (5) Informed consent to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1.严重器官功能障碍； 2.已存在阿尔茨海默病或其他严重认知功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Suffering from severe organ dysfunction;
2.The elderly person has already suffered from Alzheimer's disease or other severe cognitive impairments.
