研究目的：

本研究通过回顾性观察性研究，收集我科就诊的先天性甲状腺功能减退症患儿不同就诊时间的基础信息、病史、药物治疗情况、检验检查结果等数据。在横断面上探索不同基因型与表型、治疗效果的相关性，也计划通过对时间纵向数据的分析，进一步探索相关性，为临床诊治提供指导和循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is a retrospective observational study, and collects basic information, medical history, drug treatment, test results, and other data of children with congenital hypothyroidism treated in our outpatient clinic at different times. The correlation between different genotypes, phenotypes and treatment effects is explored in the cross-section, and further correlation is planned through the analysis of longitudinal data over time to provide guidance and evidence-based basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

纳入标准：

2021年01月至2024年12月期间就诊我院的先天性甲状腺功能减退症患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with congenital hypothyroidism who visited our outpatient clinic from January 2021 to December 2024.

排除标准：

排除中枢性甲减和合并其他系统基础疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with central hypothyroidism and other systemic underlying diseases were excluded.
