探究星状神经节阻滞对老年胃肠肿瘤患者术后谵妄的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of stellate ganglion block on postoperative delirium in elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumors

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄60岁及以上的成人；
2.计划择期进行胃肠肿瘤手术的患者，且术前无睡眠障碍（匹兹堡睡眠质量（Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index，PSQI）评分＜5分；
3.ASA分级 II-III级；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients older than 60 years old;
2.Patients who plan to undergo elective gastrointestinal tumor surgery and have no Sleep disorders before the operation (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score < 5 points;
3.ASA grade II-III;

排除标准：

1.痴呆或有严重精神疾病史（如精神分裂症、癫痫等）；
2.局麻药过敏史；
3.局部严重感染；
4.严重肝肾功能障碍患者（child-pugh三级及以上；KIDGO诊断标准评估肾功能衰竭）；
5.严重心脏功能衰竭（NYHA分级Ⅳ或LVEF<30%）；
6.参与其他临床研究的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Dementia or history of severe mental illness (e.g. schizophrenia, epilepsy, etc.); 2. History of local anesthetic allergy; 3. Local severe infection; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction (child-pugh grade 3 or above; KIDGO diagnostic criteria for evaluating renal failure; 5. Severe cardiac failure (NYHA grade IV or LVEF<30%); 6. Patients participating in other clinical studies;
