探索术前口服碳水化合物对经历减重手术的代谢综合征患者术后胃肠道功能恢复的影响以及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the impact and safety of preoperative oral carbohydrate intake on postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery in patients with metabolic syndrome undergoing bariatric surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄 18-65 岁，性别不限； 符合代谢综合征诊断标准（基 于国际糖尿病联盟 IDF 标准）； 符合减重手术适应症，拟行袖状胃切除术或胃旁路手术； 签署知情同意书，愿意参与研究并接受随访。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 18 to 65 years, regardless of gender;Diagnosed with metabolic syndrome according to the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) criteria;Meeting the indications for bariatric surgery, and scheduled to undergo sleeve gastrectomy or gastric bypass surgery;Signed informed consent and willing to participate in the study and follow-up.

排除标准：

术前存在胃肠功能障碍（如胃瘫、肠梗阻等）； 患有严重的心肺、肝肾功能障碍； 存在术前营养不良（BMI < 18.5 kg/m2）； 对碳水化合物制剂过敏； 妊娠或哺乳期女性；明确诊断糖尿病的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Presence of preoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction (e.g., gastroparesis, intestinal obstruction);Severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal dysfunction;Preoperative malnutrition (BMI < 18.5 kg/m^2);Allergy to carbohydrate preparations;Pregnant or lactating women;Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of diabetes.
