研究目的：

痤疮是皮肤科最常见的毛囊皮脂腺单位的慢性炎症性疾病，好发于青少年和年轻成人，但不限于这些年龄阶段，表现为慢性或复发性丘疹、脓疱或结节，累计面部、颈部、胸背部等；具有发病率高、慢性病程、易于复发和极具损容性等特征。中重度痤疮常导致瘢痕和色素沉着过度，其心理社会学影响可很严重，瘢痕的严重程度与痤疮的严重程度和持续时间密切相关，因此早期有效的治疗是预防和减少痤疮瘢痕的最好方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Acne is the most common chronic inflammatory disease of the follicular sebaceous gland unit in dermatology, often occurring in adolescents and young adults, but not limited to these age stages, manifested as chronic or recurrent papules, pustules or nodules, accumulated on the face, neck, chest and back; It has the characteristics of high incidence, chronic course of disease, easy recurrence and extremely destructive tolerance. Moderate to severe acne often leads to scarring and hyperpigmentation, and its psychosociological effects can be serious. The severity of scarring is closely related to the severity and duration of acne, so early and effective treatment is the best way to prevent and reduce acne scarring.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合中度或重度寻常痤疮的诊断标准者； 2.年龄16-45岁之间，无严重内科疾病、精神疾病及严重恶性皮肤肿瘤病史，女性患者未处于备孕、妊娠或哺乳阶段； 3.1月内未接受痤疮的口服及外用药治疗，或虽接受治疗但疗效不明显者； 4.遵守本次治疗方案，能定期复诊，治疗前后配合留取照片，自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for moderate or severe acne vulgaris; 2. Aged between 16 and 45 years old, no history of serious medical diseases, mental illnesses and severe malignant skin tumors, and female patients are not in the stage of trying to conceive, pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. Those who have not received oral and topical treatment for acne within 1 month, or who have received treatment but the effect is not obvious; 4. Comply with the treatment plan, be able to have regular follow-up visits, cooperate with the collection of photos before and after treatment, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.不符合中度或重度寻常痤疮的诊断标准者，如爆发性痤疮、痤疮样皮疹等；
2.年龄＜16岁或＞45岁，合并严重内科疾病、精神疾病及有严重恶性皮肤肿瘤病史，女性患者处于备孕、妊娠或哺乳阶段；
3.对治疗药物过敏或不耐受；
4.查血化验提示严重感染、肝肾功能损伤；
5.自行使用其他治疗方法或药物而影响临床观察者，因严重不良反应无法坚持治疗或其他原因不能完成规定治疗退出者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who are pregnant or trying to be pregnant ; 2.Explosive acne and acne-like rash; 3.Serious infection and liver and kidney function injury indicated by blood routine; 4.Mental abnormality ⑤ oral drug allergy or intolerance; 5.Other reasons could not complete the clinical study.
