Objectives of Study: |
To evaluate the difference in response time between drones carrying AEDs and ambulances in out-of-hospital cardiac arrest incidents, in order to determine whether drones can be used as a more efficient first aid method. |

1.地址需为过去一年内发生过疑似院外心脏骤停或心血管相关急救事件的地点。 2.地点需具备无人机索降条件。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1. The address must be the location where a suspected out-of-hospital cardiac arrest or cardiovascular-related emergency event occurred within the past year. 2. The location must have the conditions for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) cable descent. |

1.地点位于无人机飞行禁区。 2.地点存在其他可能影响无人机飞行安全的因素。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. The location is within the no-fly zone for unmanned aerial vehicles. 2. There are other factors at the location that may affect the flight safety of the unmanned aerial vehicle. |
