研究目的：

1.探究在早期胰腺癌患者中，中段胰腺切除对比传统胰体尾联合脾脏切除术的疗效和术后生活质量差异。 2.探究在早期胰腺癌患者中，实行中段胰腺切除术的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

1.The aim of our study is to investigate the efficacy and postoperative quality of life of central pancreatectomy compared with traditional pancreaticocaudectomy combined with splenectomy in patients with early pancreatic cancer. 2.The aim of our study is to investigate the feasibility of central pancreatectomy in patients with early pancreatic cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80周岁；2.术前根据临床症状、影像学检查、肿瘤标志物等辅助检查及术后病理，确定肿瘤大小<= 2 cm、肿瘤位于胰腺颈部或体尾部且增强无淋巴结或远处转移，确诊为早期T1期胰颈癌或胰体尾癌；3.无外科手术禁忌，能耐受根治性手术，接受中段胰切除术或胰体尾联合脾脏切除术；4.依从研究方案和随访流程；5.取得患者或其法定代理人签署的知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18-80 years old;2.According to clinical symptoms, imaging examination, tumor markers and other auxiliary examinations before surgery and postoperative pathology, it was determined that the tumor size was <= 2 cm, the tumor was located in the neck or tail of the pancreas, and the tumor was enhanced without lymph nodes or distant metastasis, and the diagnosis was early T1 stage pancreatic neck cancer or pancreatic body and tail cancer; 3. No surgical contraindications, able to tolerate radical surgery;4. Compliance with the study plan and follow-up procedure; 5. Obtain informed consent signed by the patient or his or her legal agent.

排除标准：

1.最近5年之内出现其他部位的恶性肿瘤；脑、肺、骨转移或腹腔淋巴结转移的病人； 2.合并严重心肺功能不全、肝肾功能不全；3.HCV、HIV、梅毒感染；4.妊娠、哺乳期妇女。5.术前根据临床症状、影像学检查、肿瘤标志物等辅助检查，需行胰十二指肠切除术或全胰切除术的患者; 6.既往有过胰十二指肠切除术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Malignant tumors in other areas within the last 5 years; Patients with brain, lung, bone metastases or abdominal lymph node metastases; 2. patients with severe cardiopulmonary function, liver and renal function infection; 3. Infection of HCV, HIV, syphilis; 4. Women during pregnancy or lactation.5.Patients who required pancreaticoduodenectomy or total pancreatectomy before surgery based on clinical symptoms, imaging examination, tumor markers and other auxiliary examinations; 6.Prior pancreaticoduodenectomy was performed.
