研究目的：

1、比较骨质疏松、骨量减少与正常人群肠道菌群在α/β多样性、菌属组成和代谢功能上的差异 2、鉴定与骨密度（BMD）相关的特征性菌群 3、探索肠道菌群与血清代谢组的关联网络 4、评估基于菌群-代谢标志物的骨质疏松风险预测模型效能  

Objectives of Study：

1. Compare the differences in α/β diversity, bacterial genus composition and metabolic function of the intestinal microbiota between osteoporosis and osteopenia and the normal population; 2. Identify the characteristic flora related to bone mineral density (BMD); 3. Explore the association network between the intestinal microbiota and the serum metabolome; 4. Evaluate the efficacy of osteoporosis risk prediction models based on microbiota-metabolic markers.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

本研究将纳入三组受试者（年龄≥50岁的中国人，仅限于绝经后妇女和老年男性女性），使用DXA设备测定受试者骨密度值。 ①骨质疏松组：符合WHO骨质疏松诊断标准（T值≤-2.5） ②骨量减少组：T值在-1.0至-2.5之间 ③正常对照组：T值≥-1.0且无脆性骨折史

Inclusion criteria

This study will include three groups of subjects (Chinese people aged >=50 years, limited to postmenopausal women and elderly men and women), and the bone mineral density values of the subjects will be measured using the DXA device. 1. Osteoporosis group: Met the WHO diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis (T value <=-2.5); 2. Osteopenia group: The T value was between -1.0 and -2.5; 3. Normal control group: T value >=-1.0 and no history of brittle fractures.

排除标准：

①有已知骨病、重度营养不良或饮食限制、结肠癌、乳糜泻、内分泌疾病及炎症性肠病史及家族史； ②曾经结肠肠镜检查确诊有肠道器质性疾病； ③近2周内服用过益生菌以及益生菌相关制剂或骨代谢药物和抗生素等； ④曾确诊为心肌梗死、脑梗死、恶性肿瘤等研究者认为不适合入组的严重疾病； ⑤有重大精神疾患，难以控制自己行动，无法配合的受试者； ⑥不识字，无法理解知情同意，无法自行签署知情同意书的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of known bone diseases, severe malnutrition or dietary restrictions, colon cancer, celiac disease, endocrine disorders, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), or family history of these conditions; 2. Previous diagnosis of organic intestinal diseases confirmed by colonoscopy; 3. Use of probiotics, prebiotic/synbiotic supplements, bone metabolism-affecting medications, or antibiotics within the past 2 weeks; 4. Diagnosed severe comorbidities including myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, malignant tumors, or other conditions deemed ineligible by investigators; 5. Major psychiatric disorders affecting behavioral control or compliance; 6. Illiteracy, inability to comprehend informed consent, or incapacity to provide written informed consent.
