研究目的：

探索超声引导下经皮心肌粗针活检技术的安全性和有效性，优化操作流程，降低并发症风险，为心脏疾病的诊断提供可靠的病理依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the safety and efficacy of ultrasound-guided percutaneous core needle myocardial biopsy, optimize the procedural workflow, reduce the risk of complications, and provide a reliable pathological basis for the diagnosis of cardiac diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄14至80岁，临床疑诊罕见心肌病。无严重出血性疾病或感染。心脏移植术后排异反应监测； 2.临床疑诊心肌炎（如感染性心肌炎、自身免疫性心肌炎、嗜酸粒细胞性心肌炎、巨细胞性心肌炎等）； 3.疑诊浸润性心肌病（如限制性心肌病、心肌淀粉样变、糖原贮积病、含铁血黄素沉着症等）； 4.系统性疾病或化疗药物、毒物等可能累及心肌； 5.心脏肿瘤； 6.无法解释的肥厚型心肌病或疑诊致心律失常性右心室发育不良/右心室心肌病等。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 14 to 80 years, with clinical suspicion of rare cardiomyopathy. No severe bleeding disorders or infections. Monitoring for rejection after heart transplantation; 2. Clinical suspicion of myocarditis (such as infectious myocarditis, autoimmune myocarditis, eosinophilic myocarditis, giant cell myocarditis, etc.); 3. Suspected infiltrative cardiomyopathy (such as restrictive cardiomyopathy, cardiac amyloidosis, glycogen storage disease, hemochromatosis, etc); 4. Systemic diseases or cardiotoxic agents (e.g., chemotherapy drugs, toxins) that may involve the myocardium; 5. Cardiac tumors; 6. Unexplained hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or suspected arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy/dysplasia.

排除标准：

1.出血性疾病、严重血小板减少症及正在接受抗凝治疗者； 2.急性心肌梗死、左心室内附壁血栓形成或室壁瘤形成者禁忌左心室活检； 3.心脏明显扩大伴严重左心功能不全者； 4.近期有感染者； 5.不能很好配合的患者； 6.分流缺损是相对禁忌证，应避免左心室活检，以免引起矛盾性体循环栓塞。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with bleeding disorders, severe thrombocytopenia, or those undergoing anticoagulation therapy; 2. Left ventricular biopsy is contraindicated in patients with acute myocardial infarction, mural thrombus formation in the left ventricle, or ventricular aneurysm formation; 3. Patients with significant cardiac enlargement and severe left ventricular dysfunction; 4. Patients with recent infections; 5. Patients who are unable to cooperate well; 6. Shunt defects are relative contraindications, and left ventricular biopsy should be avoided to prevent paradoxical systemic embolism.

This study aims to verify the safety and efficacy of the new biopsy technique of ultrasound-guided percutaneous core needle myocardial biopsy in the application of myocardial diseases. There is no control group in this study. All individuals who meet the inclusion criteria during the recruitment period are eligible to be enrolled in the study.
