本研究旨在基于实施科学（Implementation Science）理论框架，构建并评估一种社区结直肠癌筛查的数字化干预方案，优化筛查流程，提高筛查参与率和服务效率，为全国推广提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop and evaluate a digital intervention program for community-based colorectal cancer screening based on the implementation science framework, optimizing screening processes, increasing participation rates, and improving service efficiency to provide scientific evidence for nationwide implementation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

社区医务人员纳入标准： 已获得执业资格证书； 从事社区癌症筛查相关工作；具备 3 年以上工作经验。 社区居民纳入标准： 年龄为 40~75岁； 社区常住居民， 具备完全行为能力； 无结直肠癌病史， 未接受过结直肠切除手术； 无恶性肿瘤病史， 未患有严重心、 脑、 肺疾病或肾功能障碍。

Inclusion criteria

For Community Healthcare Providers: Possession of a valid professional qualification certificate. Engaged in community cancer screening-related work. At least three years of work experience in community healthcare services. For Community Residents: Aged between 40 and 75 years old. Permanent residents of the community with full cognitive and behavioral capacity. No history of colorectal cancer and no prior colorectal resection surgery. No history of malignant tumors. No severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, pulmonary diseases, or renal dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria：

For Community Healthcare Providers: Not currently employed (inactive staff). For Community Residents: Participated in a colorectal cancer screening program within the past five years. No valid contact information available.

研究将采用整群随机对照设计，按社区作为随机化单位进行分配。随机序列由独立统计学家使用SPSS 26.0 随机模块生成，并在干预分配前保持隐藏。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Clusters communities will be randomly assigned to different intervention groups using a cluster randomization method. The random sequence will be generated by an independent statistician using the randomization module in SPSS 26.0. The allocation will be concealed until the intervention is assigned.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：
