研究目的：

分析日间病房患者行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的安全性及有效性；建立日间病房CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的管理流程  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy performed in day ward patients, and to establish a standardized management protocol for CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy in day ward settings.

纳入标准：

因“肺占位”行“CT引导下肺穿刺活检”患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients who received CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy for evaluation of pulmonary space-occupying lesions

排除标准：

1.数据缺失者； 2.未手术者； 3.更改手术方式者； 4.伴严重基础疾病或影响手术实施的并发症者

Exclusion criteria：

1.cases with missing data; 2.patients who did not undergo the planned surgical procedure; 3.those converted to alternative surgical approaches; 4.individuals with severe comorbidities that contraindicated the standard operation.
