研究目的：

本研究分析四肢创伤患者术后形成深静脉血栓的危险因素并构建验证风险预测模型，以辅助临床及时发现高风险患者。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the risk factors for postoperative formation of deep vein thrombosis in patients with extremity trauma and construct a validated risk prediction model to assist in the timely clinical identification of high-risk patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18周岁；（2）符合四肢创伤的诊断；（3）患者意识清楚，认知能力正常，无沟通障碍；（4）近期未使用抗凝血功能药物

Inclusion criteria

(1) age >=18 years; (2) consistent with the diagnosis of extremity trauma; (3) the patient was conscious, cognitively normal, and had no communication deficits; and (4) no recent use of anticoagulant medications

排除标准：

（1）妊娠期或月经期妇女; （2） 患者合并有严重肝功能不全、血栓性疾病或凝血功能障碍; （3）近 1 周内有使用如阿司匹林等可能影响血小板或凝血功能的药物患者; （4）患者就诊时已发生 DVT; （5） 临床资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant or menstruating women; (2) Patients with severe hepatic insufficiency, thrombophilia, or coagulation disorders; (3) Patients who have used medications that may affect platelet or coagulation function, such as aspirin, in the past week; (4) Patients who have already had DVT at the time of presentation; (5) Patients with incomplete clinical information.
