为深入了解职业倦怠交叉传染现象,有必要分析护士个体职业倦怠与感知领导以及同事职业倦怠之间的关系,并通过试验进一步验证护士群体职业倦怠交叉传染的因果关系。  

Objectives of Study:

In order to deeply understand the cross-infection phenomenon of job burnout, it is necessary to analyze the relationship between individual job burnout of nurses, perceived leadership and colleague job burnout, and further verify the causal relationship of cross-infection of job burnout of nurses through experiments.

纳入标准:

取得护士执业资格证、与医院签署劳动合同、直接为病人提供护理服务、自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Obtained the nurse's qualification certificate, signed a labor contract with the hospital, directly provided nursing services for patients, and volunteered to participate in this study.

排除标准:

未在岗、转科、进修护士。

Exclusion criteria:

Nurses who are not on-the-job, change their major and study further.

随机方法(请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列):

采用计算机随机分组方法进行简单随机分组,将纳入研究的护士随机分为同事间试验组、领导-下属间试验组和对照组。首先将所有纳入的护士根据其工号进行排序,然后将工号输入到Excel表格中,利用Excel的随机数字发生器产生每名护士的随机数,并对随机数进行排序,序号为1的进入同事间试验组,序号为2的进入领导-下属间试验组,序号为3的进入对照组,以此类推

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

The computer random grouping method was used for simple random grouping, and the nurses included in the study were randomly divided into peer-to-peer experimental group, leader-subordinate experimental group and control group. Firstly, all the nurses were sorted according to their job numbers, and then the job numbers were input into the Excel table. The random numbers of each nurse were generated by the random number generator of Excel, and the random numbers were sorted. The number 1 entered the experimental group among colleagues, the number 2 entered the experimental group between leaders and subordinates, and the number 3 entered the control group, and so on.
