探索SEMA6A在结直肠癌中对肿瘤的抑制效应。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the inhibitory effect of SEMA6A on tumors in colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18至60岁结肠直肠癌患者； 2.无其他合并恶性肿瘤病史； 3.为初次发现结直肠癌患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Colorectal cancer patients aged 18 to 60; 2.No other history of merged malignant tumors. 3.For patients newly diagnosed with colorectal cancer.

排除标准：

1.年龄小于18岁或者大于60岁。
2.合并其他恶性肿瘤病史；
3.非首次发现结直肠癌的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Younger than 18 years old or older than 60 years old. 2.History of prior malignancy; 3.atients with non-first-time diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
