研究目的：

以开放手术为对照，评价腔镜辅助保留乳头乳晕皮下腺体切除+I期假体重建术治疗早期乳腺癌的疗效和手术安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Compared with open surgery, the efficacy and safety of endoscope-assisted nipple-areola subcutaneous adenectomy and stage I false weight reconstruction in the treatment of early breast cancer were evaluated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18岁-70岁；
2.病理证实为浸润性乳腺癌；
3.T1-2N0M0不愿意保乳或T3N0M0经新辅助治疗后仍不适合行保乳手术；
4.乳房体积小于500 ml，无重度下垂者；
5.肿瘤未侵及乳头乳晕及皮下组织;
6.术前ECOG体力状态评分0~1分；
7.术前ASA评分I-III；
8.接受乳腺假体重建,同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-70 years;
2. Pathologically confirmed invasive breast cancer;
3. T1-2N0M0 is unwilling to conserve breast or T3N0M0 is still not suitable for breast conserving surgery after neoadjuvant therapy;
4. Breast volume is smaller than 500ml, no severe prolapse;
5. Tumor does not invade nipple areola and subcutaneous tissue;
6. Preoperative ECOG physical status score 0.1;
7. Preoperative ASA score I-III.
8. Accept breast prosthesis reconstruction, agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.双侧乳腺癌或对侧乳房需要行预防性切除；
2.术后需行放疗；
3.入组之前接受过不规范的抗肿瘤综合治疗；
4.严重心、肝、肺、肾等重要脏器功能障碍不能耐受麻醉手术及必需的综合治疗；
5.恶性肿瘤病史，或检查发现合并其它恶性肿瘤（甲状腺癌、皮肤基底细胞癌等除外）；
6.长期吸烟史；
7.严重的精神疾患；
8.6个月内有不稳定性心绞痛或心肌梗塞史、脑梗塞或脑出血病史；
9.需要进行其他疾病的同期大手术治疗；
10.怀孕和哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Prophylactic mastectomy is required for bilateral breast cancer or contralateral breast;
2. Postoperative radiotherapy is required;
3. Before entering the group, they have received irregular anti-tumor therapy;
4. Severe heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organ dysfunction can not tolerate anesthetic surgery and necessary comprehensive treatment;
5. History of malignant tumor, or examination found to be complicated with other malignant tumors (except thyroid carcinoma, skin basal cell carcinoma, etc.);
6. Long-term smoking history;
7. Severe mental illness;
8. History of unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage within 6 months;
9. Simultaneous major surgery for other diseases;
10. Pregnant and lactating women.
