Objectives of Study：

Through the research of this topic, we hope to gain an in-depth understanding of the pathogenesis of CD and provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of CD. At the same time, we also hope to provide new strategies and measures for the maintenance of intestinal health and immune balance by strengthening the research on the gut microbiome and immune cells. Ultimately, our research results will help improve the quality of life of CD patients, reduce social and economic burdens, and contribute to the cause of public health.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

收集我院2023年-2024年诊断为克罗恩病（年龄大于18岁，小于80岁）并行外科手术患者的肠道标本，将其正常肠道组织作为对照组。

Inclusion criteria

Intestinal samples were collected from patients diagnosed with Crohn's disease (older than 18 years old, younger than 80 years old) and undergoing surgery in our hospital from 2023 to 2024, and their normal intestinal tissues were used as the control group.

排除标准：

克罗恩病患者合并肠道恶性肿瘤，或合并巨细胞感染，或合并肠结核，或合并肠瘘，或合并其他恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with Crohn's disease have intestinal malignancies, or giant cell infection, or intestinal tuberculosis, or intestinal fistulas, or other malignancies.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集和管理： 1. CRF设计：基于GCP规范，涵盖人口学、临床诊断、样本及实验室数据，数据来源为医院EMR及病理科存档，经匿名化处理（唯一编号替代个人信息）。 2. EDC系统：使用ResMan平台，支持双录入、逻辑校验、权限分级及审计追踪；数据存储于医院内部加密服务器，定期备份至独立硬盘。
