To systematically analyze the clinical characteristics, diagnostic methods, treatment outcomes, and prognostic factors of skull base osteomyelitis, providing evidence-based reference for optimizing clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies.

纳入标准：

1.确诊颅底骨髓炎；

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnostic criteria: Confirmed skull base osteomyelitis;

排除标准：

1.合并肿瘤的颅底骨髓炎，临床资料不完整者，失访者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Cases with concomitant tumors;
2.Incomplete clinical documentation;
3.Lost to follow-up;
