研究目的：

1.评估在行胰十二指肠切除病人中，不放置胰管支架对于术后急性胰腺炎发生的影响； 2.评估在行胰十二指肠切除病人中，不放置胰管支架对于术后胰瘘、腹腔感染等其他术后并发症发生的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To evaluate the impact of not placing pancreatic duct stents on the occurrence of postoperative acute pancreatitis in patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy; 2.To evaluate the impact of not placing pancreatic duct stents on postoperative pancreatic fistula, abdominal infection and other postoperative complications in patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）接受开放胰十二指肠切除术，切除后行胰肠吻合重建； （2）年龄>=18岁，且<=80岁； （3）患者自愿签署手术同意书； （4）自愿参加本项研究，并签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Open pancreaticoduodenectomy was performed, and pancreatic-intestinal anastomosis reconstruction was performed after resection; (2) Age>=18 years old, and <=80 years old; (3) The patient voluntarily signs the surgical consent form; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）术前合并胰腺炎或其他导致血清淀粉酶水平异常升高的情况； （2）因各种原因未行胰肠吻合重建，包括胰体尾萎缩、既往切除胰腺体/体尾部、行胰胃吻合重建等； （3）胰颈断面胰体尾侧未能够寻找到主胰管； （4）主刀认为为了保证患者安全，放置/不放置跨胰肠吻合口内支架是必要的，无法进行随机化； （5）任何原因导致患者无法自行决定是否参与本项研究，或无法获得患者知情同意。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Preoperative pancreatitis or other conditions that lead to abnormal increase in serum amylase level; (2) Pancreatic-intestinal anastomosis reconstruction was not performed for various reasons, including pancreatic body tail atrophy, previous resection of pancreatic body/body tail, pancreatic-gastric anastomosis reconstruction, etc.; (3) The main pancreatic duct could not be found on the caudal side of the pancreatic body in the pancreatic neck section; (4) The surgeon believed that in order to ensure the safety of patients, it was necessary to place/not place an intraoral stent for transpancreatic-intestinal anastomosis, and randomization could not be carried out; (5) For any reason, the patient is unable to decide whether to participate in this study on his own, or is unable to obtain the patient's informed consent.
