研究目的:

(1)对国际上该领域研究的理论架构、方法学体系、测量手段以及研究范式等进行系统梳理,为今后国内该领域研究提供参考。 (2)验证有氧运动联合视听觉刺激不同组合干预方式对听觉任务诱导的认知疲劳恢复效果的差异,为听觉任务诱导认知疲劳恢复的多感官刺激整合运动干预方式的选择提供参考。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) To systematize the theoretical framework, methodological system, measurement tools and research paradigms of international research in this field, and to provide reference for future domestic research in this field. (2) To verify the differences in the effects of different combinations of aerobic exercise and audiovisual stimulation on auditory task-induced cognitive fatigue recovery, and to provide a reference for the selection of multisensory stimulation-integrated exercise interventions for auditory task-induced cognitive fatigue recovery.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

在浙江师范大学募集80名被试者(大二至研二学生,年龄18-27岁,男生和女生各40人) 1.样本群体主要以在校大学生及研究生为主; 2.健康要求:双耳听力正常,双眼无色盲(测试前需进行筛查),没有确诊的慢性非传染性疾病及其他疾病,无医嘱限制身体锻炼人群,身体健康,四肢活动能力正常,近期无身体异常情况人群; 3. 其他条件:符合PAR-Q问卷允许参加测试的标准。

Inclusion criteria

80 participants (sophomore to sophomore, aged 18-27, 40 male and 40 female) were recruited from Zhejiang Normal University. 1. The sample group is mainly college students and graduate students; 2. Health requirements: people with normal hearing in both ears, no color blindness in both eyes (screening is required before the test), no confirmed chronic non-communicable diseases and other diseases, people who have no doctor's advice to restrict physical exercise, people who are in good health, have normal mobility of limbs, and have no physical abnormalities in the near future; 3. Other conditions: meet the criteria for the PAR-Q questionnaire to be allowed to participate in the test.

排除标准:

1.双耳听力存在障碍者; 2.双眼有色盲症状。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Those with hearing impairment in both ears; 2. Color blindness in both eyes.
