Objectives of Study: |
Although there is ample clinical data demonstrating the accuracy of r-CAIS in treating patients with partial or complete edentulism and single tooth loss, these data come from a relatively limited patient population. These studies typically only include a small number of implants, which may not fully represent a broader clinical scope. To confirm the accuracy of the robotic system, further clinical studies must be conducted, including larger sample sizes of patients and implants. To deepen our understanding, this study aims to evaluate the accuracy of r-CAIS technology in dental implant surgery for partially or completely edentulous patients. This study aims to explore a more comprehensive range of cases and analyze the correlation between bias, implantation area, and size. |

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail: |
Collect postoperative CBCT of patients undergoing edentulous implant surgery using robots, and integrate and align preoperative planning with postoperative CBCT using RemebotDent software. Conduct a detailed analysis of the deviation of the implant, including the deviation of the implant neck and root tip level in three dimensions (overall, horizontal, and vertical), and record the measurement values in millimeters (mm). In addition, the angular deviation was determined and recorded in degrees. Summarize quantitative data using standard descriptive statistics, including mean, maximum, minimum, standard deviation, and 95% confidence interval. At the significance level of 0.05, the Shapiro Wilk test was used to evaluate the normality of the distribution of all variables. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to examine the impact of a range of factors on observed bias, including arch type, arch profile, implant position, and implant size (diameter and length). A p-value below 0.05 has statistical significance. |

(1)成年人(≥18岁);(2) 完全或部分缺牙;(3) 开口至少为30毫米;(4) 足够的骨体积,无需骨增强即可放置植入物;(5) 软组织状况良好,咬合适合植入假体。 |

Inclusion criteria |
(1) Adults ( >= 18 years old); (2) Completely or partially missing teeth; (3) The opening should be at least 30 millimeters; (4) Sufficient bone volume for implant placement without the need for bone augmentation; (5) The soft tissue condition is good and the bite is suitable for implantation of implants. |

(1)植入治疗的一般禁忌症和不受控制的全身性疾病,如糖尿病和高血压;(2) 颌骨任何病理的临床或影像学征象;(3) 牙周炎失控;(4) 重度吸烟(≥10支/天)和酗酒;(5) 牙种植手术的禁忌症。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
(1) General contraindications of implantation therapy and uncontrolled systemic diseases, such as diabetes and hypertension; (2) Any pathological clinical or imaging features of the jawbone; (3) Periodontitis is out of control; (4) Heavy smoking (≥ 10 cigarettes/day) and alcohol abuse; (5) Contraindications for dental implant surgery. |
