研究目的：

本研究的目标是探讨局部脑组织氧饱和度（rScO2）与血浆内皮素-1（ET-1）在动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者中的动态变化及其与血管痉挛的相关性，为临床治疗提供新的依据，并改善患者的预后。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to investigate the dynamic changes of local brain tissue oxygen saturation (rScO2) and plasma endothelin-1 (ET-1) in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, as well as their correlation with vascular spasm, in order to provide new evidence for clinical treatment and improve patient prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、入院时经计算机断层扫描（CT）确诊为aSAH； 2、经数字减影血管造影（DSA）确诊为动脉瘤破裂； 3、年龄大于或等于18岁； 4、患者在发病24小时内首次诊断并入院； 5、完整的临床和实验室资料。

Inclusion criteria

1. confirmed as aSAH by computed tomography (CT) upon admission; 2. confirmed aneurysm rupture by digital subtraction angiography (DSA); 3. age greater than or equal to 18 years old; 4. patient was first diagnosed and admitted to the hospital within 24 hours of onset; 5. complete clinical and laboratory data.

排除标准：

1、既往有脑血管病或神经系统疾病史； 2、住院期间发生严重并发症，如脓毒症、肝肾功能障碍等； 3、合并自身免疫性或血液相关疾病； 4、孕妇或哺乳妇女； 5、临床资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. history of cerebrovascular disease or neurological disorders in the past; 2. serious complications occurred during hospitalization, such as sepsis, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc; 3. merge autoimmune or blood related diseases; 4. pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. incomplete clinical data.

本研究将通过研究者自身管理。纸质版的病案报告表（CRFs）将和研究操作手册一起提供给研究中心，这些资料包含了每个数据点的定义，可作为医院完成电子数据库的指南，保证数据收集的准确性与一致性。 本研究数据录入由两位专门培训的神经外科医师进行填写，可以进行实时数据录入、对合理范围之外的数值产生质疑，并进行一致性检查。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study will be administered by the investigators themselves. A paper version of the medical record Report Form (CRFs) will be provided to the research center together with the study Operations Manual, which contains the definition of each data point and can be used as a guide for the hospital to complete the electronic database to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data collection. Data entry for this study was completed by two specially trained neurosurgers, allowing for real-time data entry, questioning of values outside reasonable ranges, and consistency checks.
