研究目的：

本研究拟通过系统的队列研究，结合生存分析，探讨不饱和脂肪酸水平与超声血流动力学指标联合评估与PH-LHD患者主要预后事件（如再住院、复发、死亡等）之间的关系。研究将构建风险预测模型，旨在为临床实践提供新的预后评估工具，推动PH-LHD的早期识别及个体化治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the relationship between unsaturated fatty acid levels, combined with echocardiographic hemodynamic indicators, and major prognostic events (such as rehospitalization, relapse, death, etc.) in PH-LHD patients through a systematic cohort study and survival analysis. The study will construct a risk prediction model, with the goal of providing a new prognostic assessment tool for clinical practice and promoting early identification and individualized treatment of PH-LHD.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

已确诊的左心疾病（高血压、冠心病、左侧瓣膜性心脏病）的患者，超声心动图提示肺动脉高压征象；病例资料完整；患者自愿参与且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with left heart disease (hypertension, coronary artery disease, left-sided valvular heart disease) with echocardiographic signs of pulmonary hypertension;complete case data;patients who voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

已确诊的特发性肺动脉高压、肺动脉阻塞性疾病、血液系统疾病、结缔组织疾病、恶性肿瘤疾病患者；不同程度的肝、肾功能障碍患者；精神病、药物依赖及认知障碍等患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary arterial obstructive diseases, hematological diseases, connective tissue diseases, or malignant tumors;patients with varying degrees of liver or kidney dysfunction;patients with psychiatric disorders, drug dependence, or cognitive impairments.

采用液相色谱-串联质谱法，检测不饱和脂肪酸含量。先采用蛋白沉淀-液液萃取对血清标本进行预处理，然后加入衍生化试剂进行游离脂肪酸衍生化，利用液相色谱串联质谱的 MRM 模式检测。

The unsaturated fatty acid content was measured using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Serum samples were first pretreated with protein precipitation-liquid-liquid extraction, followed by the addition of derivatization reagents for free fatty acid derivatization. The MRM mode of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was then used for detection.
