研究目的：

本研究试图通过肺超声明确全身麻醉后患者发生肺不张的危险因素并建立临床预测模型，为术后肺不张高危患者提前干预提供理论依据。此外，我们将分析患者术后肺不张的转归。  

Objectives of Study：

this study aims to identify the risk factors of atelectasis in patients after general anesthesia by lung ultrasound, and to develop a clinical prediction model for early intervention in high-risk patients with postoperative atelectasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄大于等于18岁； ②于全身麻醉下行择期手术，术后转入PACU； ③患者术后无沟通障碍； ④已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients aged above 18 years old; 2.Scheduled for surgery under general anesthesia and transfer to post anesthesia care unit (PACU) after surgery; 3.There was no communication barrier for the patient after the operation; 4.The informed consent form has been signed.

排除标准：

①资料不全； ②围手术期发生呼吸心跳骤停等突发事件； ③肺部超声检查图像受影响者，如大量皮下气肿，或伤口敷料影响超声成像者； ④患者拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The case data is incomplete; 2.Patients who went through sudden events such as respiratory and cardiac arrest during the perioperative period; 3.Inability to receive lung ultrasound examination, or with preoperative atelectasis; 4.The patient refused to participate in the trial.
