Objectives of Study：

A Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy Investigation into Hemodynamic Responses to the different Stimulus in Patients with Disorders of Consciousness

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、根据CRS-R量表评分诊断为植物状态或微小意识状态的患者 2、年龄18~85岁 3、无颅骨缺陷或广泛颅骨修复

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with vegetative or minimally conscious states according to the CRS-R scale score 2. Ages 18-85 years 3. Without skull defects or extensive skull repair

排除标准：

1、患有其他可能干扰研究评估的神经疾病； 2、使用抗抑郁药或苯二氮卓类药物等神经精神药物； 3、存在急性心肌梗死、呼吸衰竭或其他危及生命的严重并发症； 4、迷走神经受损； 5、参与其他临床研究； 6、患者法定监护人不同意参与本项研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have other neurological diseases that may interfere with the study evaluation; 2. The use of antidepressants or benzodiazepines and other neuropsychotropic drugs; 3. Acute myocardial infarction, respiratory failure or other life-threatening serious complications; 4. Vagus nerve damage; 5. Participate in other clinical research; 6. The patient's legal guardian did not consent to participate in this study.
