研究目的：

（1）筛选更适合国情的DR筛查的眼底数字照相方法及AI算法。 （2）建立符合我市开展的融DR筛查、治疗及随访为一体的主动医疗体系。 （3）对西安地区糖尿病患者DR发病情况、影响因素、进展情况等进行流调学分析。 （4）分析研究糖尿病患者血液、尿液中的生物学指标与DR、DME，糖尿病干眼、糖尿病肾病的发生、发展是否具有相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Screening the fundus digital photography method and AI algorithm which are more suitable for DR screening in China. (2) Establish an active medical system that integrates DR screening, treatment and follow-up in our city. (3) Epidemiological analysis was made on the incidence, influencing factors and progress of DR among diabetic patients in Xi 'an. (4) Analyze whether the biological indexes in blood and urine of diabetic patients are related to the occurrence and development of DR, DME, diabetic dry eye and diabetic nephropathy.

西安市辖区（城区及郊区/县）≥35岁的建有慢性病档案的糖尿病患者。

Inclusion criteria

Diabetic patients aged 35 or above with chronic disease files in Xi 'an municipal districts (urban areas and suburbs/counties).

排除标准：

西安市辖区（城区及郊区/县）年龄＜35岁的糖尿病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Diabetic patients < 35 years old in Xi 'an district (urban area and suburban area/county).
