明确SGB对老年骨折手术患者术后睡眠节律及POD的改善作用  

Objectives of Study：

Clarifying the Effect of SGB on Postoperative Sleep Rhythm and POD in Elderly Patients with Fracture Surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2025.1-2027.12 月拟在我院行髋部手术的患者104 例； 2.年龄65-95岁，性别不限； 3.ASA分级为I-Ⅲ级； 4.自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. A total of 104 patients who planned to undergo hip surgery in our hospital from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 were enrolled. 2. Age 65-95 years old, both sexes; 3. ASA grade I-Ⅲ; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.术前已存在谵妄； 2.下肢神经、肌肉病变者； 3.对本研究过程难以配合完成操作者； 4.穿刺部位感染或超声下无法辨别解剖结构或无法明确体表定位点； 5.凝血功能障碍； 6.多处创伤； 7.存在认知障碍； 8.有阿尔茨海默病、中风和精神疾病等病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative delirium was present; 2. Lower limb nerve and muscle lesions; 3. It is difficult to cooperate with the operators to complete the study process; 4. Infection of the puncture site or inability to distinguish the anatomical structure or the positioning point of the body surface under ultrasound; 5. Coagulation disorders; 6. Multiple trauma; 7. Presence of cognitive impairment; 8. History of Alzheimer's disease, stroke, and psychiatric disorders.
