研究目的：

探讨在加速康复外科理念下，术后眼科患者缩短禁食禁饮时间与术后早期进食进饮的可行性与安全性，制定饮食管理方案并评价其效果。为术后全麻患者的护理模式的推广提供理论依据，以期建立规范化、标准化的全麻术后护理提供数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the feasibility and safety of shortening the fasting and drinking time and early eating and drinking in postoperative ophthalmic patients under the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery, formulate diet management plan and evaluate its effect. To provide a theoretical basis for the promotion of nursing mode for postoperative general anesthesia patients, and to provide data support for the establishment of standardized and standardized postoperative nursing.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥6岁；
2.全麻眼科手术患者；
3.患者能够正常沟通；
4.入院前生活自理能力正常；
5.自愿参加该项研究；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=6 years; 2.General anesthesia eye surgery patients; 3.Patients are able to communicate normally; 4.The self-care ability was normal before admission; 5.Volunteer for the study.

排除标准：

1.吞咽困难，同时合并多种慢性病；
2.认知障碍、意识障碍或老年痴呆；
3.合并心肝肾功能不全；
4.消化道肿瘤及严重口腔溃疡；
5.合并代谢性功能障碍；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Dysphagia, combined with multiple chronic diseases; 2.Cognitive impairment, disturbance of consciousness, or Alzheimer's disease; 3.Combined with cardiac, liver and renal insufficiency; 4.Gastrointestinal tumors and severe oral ulcers; 5.Combined with metabolic dysfunction.

对照组采用传统术后禁食６ｈ，６ｈ后进流质饮食，逐渐过渡到普通饮食，若患者进食欲望强烈，咨询医生允许后少量饮水。
