研究目的：

1.在福格行为模型指导下，结合助推策略，构建护理员主导常态化运动实施方案。 2.科学地推广应用该实施方案，改善机构老年人衰弱现状。并且从实施结局的角度对该方案在养老机构中的应用进行综合评价。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Construct a caregiver-led regular exercise implementation plan guided by the Fogg Behavior Model and nudge strategies. 2. Scientifically promote the application of the implementation program to improve the older adults' frailty in nursing homes. And to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the application of the program in nursing homes from the perspective of the implementation of the outcome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

养老机构纳入标准：①稳定运营≥1年；②机构内部有足够场地及护理员能够开展坐位八段锦集体锻炼；③知情同意并配合参与。 护理员纳入标准：①从事养老服务1年及以上；②初中及以上学历；③年满18周岁；④知情同意并自愿参与本研究。 衰弱老人纳入标准：①年龄≥60岁；②FRAIL-NH量表得分≥2分；③意识清晰，表达清楚；④知情同意并自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for nursing institutions: 1. Stable operation >= 1 year; 2. Sufficient space within the institution and caregivers able to carry out seated Ba Duan Jin group exercise; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. Inclusion criteria for caregivers: 1. Engaged in elderly care service for 1 year or more; 2. Junior high school education or above;3.Age >= 18 years; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. Inclusion criteria for the frail older adults: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. FRAIL-NH scale score >= 2; 3. Consciousness and expression; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

衰弱老人排除标准：①处于急诊手术、突然发生外伤或慢性疾病突然发作者；②同时参与其他运动干预试验者；③对运动不能耐受者（如患有严重的肝、肾、心、脑及血液等系统疾病）或有活动禁忌症（如不稳定的骨折、骨盆骨折等）。

Exclusion criteria：

Debilitated frail older adults exclusion criteria: (i) Those in emergency surgery, sudden trauma or sudden onset of chronic diseases; (ii) Those who are also participating in other exercise intervention trials; (iii) Those who are intolerant to exercise (e.g., suffering from severe systemic diseases of the liver, kidneys, heart, brain, and blood) or those who have contraindications to activity (e.g., unstable fracture, pelvic fracture.).
