我们的研究旨在开发一个列线图来预测老年癌症患者术后手术部位感染的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Our study aimed to develop a nomogram to predict the risk factors for postoperative surgical site infection in elderly patients with colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

2014年1月1日至2023年9月30日在潍坊医学院附属医院及临沂市人民医院接受大肠癌癌症根治术的60岁及以上患者，术后病理证实存在大肠癌癌症。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 60 and above who underwent radical surgery for colorectal cancer at Weifang Medical College Affiliated Hospital and Linyi People's Hospital from January 1, 2014 to September 30, 2023, were confirmed to have colorectal cancer by postoperative pathology.

排除标准：

术前身体其他部位同时感染的患者；术前因其他原因使用抗生素；联合身体其他部位的手术。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with preoperative concurrent infections in other parts of the body; Preoperative use of antibiotics for other reasons; Joint surgery with other parts of the body.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

我们通过检索山东第二医科大学附属医院和同时间段临沂市中心医院电子病历系统及手术麻醉信息系统等数据库，收集整理患者手术前、手术中及手术后的相关临床数据。为了更好地减少抽样偏差，通过与医务人员的沟通和有效审查获得数据。 数据采用电子方式管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

We collected and organized relevant clinical data of patients before, during, and after surgery by searching databases such as the electronic medical record system and surgical anesthesia information system of Affiliated Hospital of shandong second Medical university and Linyi Central Hospital during the same period. In order to better reduce sampling bias, data is obtained through communication with medical personnel and effective review. The data is managed electronically.
