研究目的：

纳入我院100名全膝关节置换术患者，随机分为髌骨全部去神经化组和单纯髌骨外侧去神经化组。研究将通过全膝关节置换术中髌骨操作差异进行分组干预，术后进行为期1年的随访，对比两组患者的不同指标的结局差异。以此了解不同髌骨去神经化对术后疼痛、功能及髌骨血供的影响，为临床操作提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

100 patients with total knee arthroplasty in our hospital were randomly divided into total patellar denervation group and lateral patellar denervation group. The study will be based on the differences in patellar operation during total knee replacement to group intervention, and a 1-year follow-up after surgery to compare the outcomes of different indicators between the two groups. To understand the effects of different patellar denervation on postoperative pain, function and blood supply of patella, and to provide reference for clinical operation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄>=60岁; 2、术前完善DR、CT检查，明确为膝骨关节炎，且进行全膝关节置换。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Preoperative DR And CT examination was completed to confirm knee osteoarthritis, and total knee replacement was performed.

排除标准：

1、外翻膝、二分髌骨、Paprosky II-III级骨缺损； 2、有严重心血管疾病、神经系统疾病、凝血功能障碍、风湿免疫系统疾病、感染性疾病等可能影响手术及术后恢复的患者； 3、既往有膝关节手术史或严重外伤史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Valgus knee, dichotomous patella, Paprosky grade II-III bone defect; 2. Patients with serious cardiovascular diseases, nervous system diseases, coagulation disorders, rheumatic immune system diseases, infectious diseases, etc. that may affect surgery and postoperative recovery; 3. Patients with a history of knee surgery or serious trauma.
