研究目的：

1. 评估SPS螺旋链治疗（Spiral Stabilization）结合冲击波疗法（ESWT）对慢性非特异性腰痛（CNLBP）患者的疼痛缓解、功能改善及生活质量的影响。 2. 比较联合疗法与单一疗法的疗效差异，探索更优的非药物干预方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To assess the effects of SPS spiral stabilization combined with shockwave therapy (ESWT) on pain relief, functional improvement and quality of life in patients with chronic non-specific low back pain (CNLBP). 2. To compare the efficacy differences between combination therapy and monotherapy, and to explore better non-pharmacological intervention regimens.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-65岁，符合CNLBP诊断标准（疼痛≥3个月，无明确器质性病变）。 2.VAS疼痛评分≥4分，Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）≥20%, RMDQ（Roland-Morris?Disability?Questionnaire）量表评分≥6分。 3.近1个月内未接受其他系统性治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18-65 years, meeting CNLBP diagnostic criteria (pain >= 3 months, no clear organic lesions). 2.VAS pain score >=4 points, Oswestry Dysfunction Index (ODI) >=20%, and Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire (RMDQ) score >= 6 points. 3.Have not received other systemic therapy in the past 1 month.

排除标准：

1.腰椎骨折、肿瘤、感染、严重骨质疏松。 2.妊娠、严重心血管疾病或精神障碍。 3.既往脊柱手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Lumbar vertebra fractures, tumors, infections, severe osteoporosis. 2.Pregnancy, severe cardiovascular disease, or psychiatric disorder. 3.History of previous spinal surgery.
