研究目的：

（1）分析非瓣膜性房颤患者左心耳血栓形成的危险因素，探索能够独立预测LAAT的临床和实验室指标。 （2）评估现有的CHA2DS2-VASc评分系统在预测NVAF患者LAAT中的效能。 （3）构建并验证包含新发现的独立危险因素的改进版血栓栓塞预测量表，比较其与CHA2DS2-VASc评分系统的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To analyze the risk factors of left atrial appendage thrombosis in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation, and to explore clinical and laboratory indicators that can independently predict LAAT. and (2) to evaluate the efficacy of the existing CHA2DS2-VASc scoring system in predicting LAAT in patients with NVAF. (3) To construct and validate an improved thromboembolism prediction scale containing newly discovered independent risk factors, and to compare its predictive value with the CHA2DS2-VASc scoring system.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＞18岁；（2）经心电图确诊为AF；（3）行TEE检查；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age> 18 years old; 2. Confirmed AF by electrocardiogram; 3. TEE inspection;

排除标准：

1.瓣膜性心脏病（人工瓣膜置换术或瓣膜修复术后）；（2）先天性心脏病；（3）近1月有急性冠脉综合征、急性心力衰竭、恶性高血压、急性脑卒中疾病发作；（4）合并凝血障碍等血液系统疾病；（5）临床资料不全或重复住院患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Valvular heart disease (after prosthetic valve replacement or valve repair); 2. congenital heart disease; 3.Acute coronary syndrome, acute heart failure, malignant hypertension, and acute stroke in the past 1 month; 4. Combined with blood system diseases such as coagulation disorders; 5. Patients with incomplete clinical data or repeated hospitalizations.
