研究目的：

前期已完成一项双样本孟德尔随机化分析，评估肠道菌群与警觉度之间的因果关系并发现2个相关生物标志物。本研究拟在孟德尔随机化分析的基础上，在上海市发生倒班睡眠障碍的护士群体中进行验证，探究不同警觉度水平的倒班护士其肠道菌群是否存在差异。  

Objectives of Study：

A preliminary double-sample Mendelian randomization analysis has been completed, evaluating the causal relationship between gut microbiota and alertness and identifying 2 related biomarkers. This study aims to validate the findings on a group of nurses with shift work sleep disorders in Shanghai, based on the MR analysis, to explore whether there are differences in gut microbiota among nurses with different levels of alertness.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.持有护士执业资格证书的在岗临床护士； 2.年龄大于等于18周岁，性别不限； 3.自愿参加本研究且签署知情同意书； 4.发生倒班睡眠障碍； 5.为右利手； 6.无视觉障碍； 7.近期无外伤，肌肉骨骼系统健康状态良好。

Inclusion criteria

1. On-the-job clinical nurses holding nurse practice qualification certificates; 2. Age greater than or equal to 18 years old, gender is not limited; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 4. Occurrence of shift sleep disorder; 5. It is right-handed; 6. No visual impairment; 7. No recent trauma, musculoskeletal system is in good health.

排除标准：

1.诊断急性或慢性疾病患者； 2.休假、外出进修等无法参加调查者； 3.实习护士、进修护士、退休返聘护士； 4.处于妊娠期或哺乳期； 5.既往患有肠道或代谢性疾病史； 6.既往患有影响认知功能的器质性疾病病史（包括脑血管疾病、颅内肿瘤、癫痫等）； 7.入组前2个月内曾使用过抗生素、微生态制剂者； 8.近半年内有服用助眠药物习惯者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients diagnosed with acute or chronic diseases; 2. Those who are unable to participate in the survey, such as vacation, going out for further study, etc.; 3. Trainee nurses, advanced nurses, retired nurses; 4. Pregnant or lactating; 5. History of previous intestinal or metabolic diseases; 6. History of previous organic diseases affecting cognitive function (including cerebrovascular diseases, intracranial tumors, epilepsy, etc.); 7. Those who have used antibiotics and microecological preparations within 2 months before enrollment; 8. Those who have the habit of taking sleep aids in the past six months.
