研究目的：

阐明MRTF-A介导的巨噬细胞极化在EMS疾病中的作用，即MRTF-A通过与SRF形成MRTF-A/SRF复合物，介导染色质重塑蛋白BRG1和组蛋白H3K4甲基化的对话从而影响巨噬细胞表型的调控，参与EMS疾病的发生发展。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the role of MRTF-A-mediated macrophage polarization in EMS diseases, that is, MRTF-A forms the MRTF-A/SRF complex with SRF, mediates the dialogue between chromatin remodeling protein BRG1 and histone H3K4 methylation, thereby affecting the regulation of macrophage phenotypes and participating in the occurrence and development of EMS diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合诊断标准，自愿加入本次研究；2.年龄在20岁～49岁；3.入组前1个月未服用治疗EMS的激素类药物；4.病理诊断证实为EMS。

Inclusion criteria

1.Those who meet the diagnostic criteria, voluntarily participate in this study; 2. Age range from 20 to 49 years old; 3. Not taking hormone drugs for EMS treatment in the first 1 months before enrollment; 4. Pathological diagnosis confirmed EMS.

排除标准：

1.合并盆腔感染、恶性肿瘤；2.合并心脑血管、肝、肾、血液病等疾病；3.合并精神、神经疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined pelvic infection and malignant tumor; 2. Merge cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematological diseases; 3. Individuals with combined mental and neurological disorders.
