研究目的:

(1)研究评估了代谢综合征、昼夜节律综合征的功能障碍的变量定义、特殊人群职业和生活接触环境与精子形态、DNA碎片等精子质量及生育相关性调查,制定了健康管理策略。 (2)自研精子图像识别系统(Johnsen-FAST)的建立、完善及内部、外部双重检验。基于复杂因素环境下(非均一图像背景、非均一图像参数,真实世界不均等基线),利用复合机器学习算法(K-means 无监督机器学习算法的图像切割、深度卷积神经网络的图像识别)进行辅助判读。 (3)基于复杂因素环境下复合机器学习算法和自研精子图像识别系统(Johnsen-FAST)联合,在真实世界如何对精液量、前向运动率、精子DNA碎片率、精子存活率等无法从瞬时图像获得的数据进行必要的输入及可代替的拟合,从而准确预测男性精液质量。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) The study evaluated the definition of variables of dysfunction in metabolic syndrome and circadian rhythm syndrome, the investigation of the correlation between occupational and life exposure environment and sperm quality such as sperm morphology and DNA fragmentation, and fertility in special populations, and the development of health management strategies. (2) Establishment and refinement of a self-developed sperm image recognition system (Johnsen-FAST) and internal and external double testing. Based on complex factor environments (non-homogeneous image background, non-homogeneous image parameters, real-world inhomogeneous baseline), composite machine learning algorithms (K-means unsupervised machine learning algorithm for image cutting, deep convolutional neural network for image recognition) were used for assisted interpretation. (3) Based on the combination of composite machine learning algorithms and self-developed sperm image recognition system (Johnsen-FAST) in complex factor environments, how to accurately predict male semen quality in the real world by providing necessary inputs and substitutable fits to semen volume, forward motility, sperm DNA fragmentation rate, and sperm viability, which cannot be obtained from instantaneous images.

纳入标准:

①行精液检查并完成男性生育力评估;②患者知情同意并配合本研究相关活动;③如期配合完成随访计划。

Inclusion criteria

(i) semen examination was performed and male fertility assessment was completed; (ii) patients gave informed consent and cooperated with the activities related to this study; and (iii) cooperated in completing the follow-up programme as scheduled.

排除标准:

①既往有泌尿生殖系统外伤或手术史;②合并恶性肿瘤;③不愿意参加本研究或有精神意识障碍或认知功能障碍;④中途其他不可预知的病情加重或发生了其他严重疾病。

Exclusion criteria:

(i) previous history of genitourinary trauma or surgery; (ii) combination of malignant tumours; (iii) unwillingness to participate in this study or mental consciousness disorder or cognitive dysfunction; (iv) other unpredictable exacerbation of the condition midway through the course of the study or the occurrence of any other serious illness.
