探索尘螨皮下免疫治疗对OSA合并AR患者的睡眠改善作用  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of subcutaneous immunotherapy with dust mites on sleep improvement in patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) combined with allergic rhinitis (AR)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合《中国儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停诊断与治疗指南（2020）》或者《成人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停多学科诊疗指南》中阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征诊断标准； 2.符合《中国变应性鼻炎诊断和治疗指南（2022年，修订版）》中变应性鼻炎诊断标准，且确诊为粉尘螨和/或户尘螨导致的AR（粉尘螨和/或户尘螨sIgE≥0.35IUA/L）； 3. 5岁≤年龄≤65岁； 4.入组前至少1年内接受规范的抗过敏常规药物治疗； 5.签署临床试验知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome as stipulated in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea in Children (2020)" or the "Multidisciplinary Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea in Adults"; 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for allergic rhinitis as outlined in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis (2022, Revised Edition)", and confirmed to be caused by Dermatophagoides farinae and/or Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (sIgE >= 0.35 IUA/L for Dermatophagoides farinae and/or Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus); 3. Age ranging from 5 to 65 years old; 4. Having received standardized anti-allergy conventional drug treatment for at least one year before enrollment; 5. Signing the informed consent form for the clinical trial.

排除标准：

1.本人/法定监护人无法理解或遵守研究方案的患者； 2.严重心理障碍或精神疾病患者； 3.严重自身免疫性疾病或免疫缺陷疾病患者； 4.恶性肿瘤患者； 5.怀孕状态； 6.SCIT禁忌症或严重不良反应高风险患者。 7.已接受或即将接受 OSA 手术治疗患者； 8. 已接受或即将接受生物制剂（如奥马珠单抗、度普利尤单抗）患者； 9. 中重度特应性皮炎患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients whose legal guardians or themselves are unable to understand or comply with the research protocol; 2. Patients with severe psychological disorders or mental illnesses; 3. Patients with severe autoimmune diseases or immunodeficiency diseases; 4. Patients with malignant tumors; 5. Pregnant women; 6. Patients with contraindications to SCIT or at high risk of severe adverse reactions. 7. Patients who have undergone or are about to undergo OSA surgery; 8. Patients who have received or are about to receive biologics (such as omalizumab, Dupilumab); 9. Patients with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis.
