研究目的：

探索与使用Macintosh视频喉镜片相比，初学者在使用高角度视频喉镜片时是否改善正常气道和困难气道模拟人的首次气管插管成功率、气管插管时间以及Cormack-Lehane分级。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore and compare the success rate of first intubation, intubation time and Cormack-Lehane grading of normal airway and difficult airway simulation in beginners using hyperangulated video laryngoscope and Macintosh video laryngoscope.

纳入标准：

中山大学临床医学专业本科一年级至五年级学生，性别不限，签署知情同意书，能够配合研究。

Inclusion criteria

First to fifth year undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine at Sun Yat-sen University, regardless of gender, who have signed an informed consent and can cooperate with the study.

排除标准：

既往有气管插管经验者；未能完成培训的学生；中途退出的学生。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who have previous experience of intubation; students who fail to complete the training; and those who drop out.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由项目组的两位医师共同完成，两位医师均不清楚受试者的分组情况。数据录入采用双人双份录入。数据核查需对方案中规定的主要和次要指标进行充分的核查以确保原始数据被正确、完整地录入到数据库中，检查缺失的数据、查找并删除重复录入的数据、核对受试者ID、检查入组随机化实施情况等。在整个研究过程中，应及时备份数据库，最终数据集将以只读的形式备份。在临床试验完成后，应对试验过程中的文档进行存档。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The project team consists of two physicians who are unaware of the participants' group assignments. Data entry is conducted by two people in duplicate. Data verification must thoroughly check the primary and secondary indicators specified in the protocol to ensure that the original data is correctly and completely entered into the database. This includes checking for missing data, identifying and removing duplicate entries, verifying participant IDs, and reviewing the implementation of randomization. Throughout the study, the database should be backed up regularly, with the final dataset being backed up as read-only. After the clinical trial concludes, all documentation from the trial process should be archived.
