研究目的:

随着老龄化加剧,心血管疾病及认知衰退已经成为中老年人群体主要健康威胁。当前研究多集中于单一运动模式的效应,缺乏对游泳与健步走的横向比较,本研究旨在比较8周中等强度游泳与健步走对50-69岁中老年人的内皮功能、动脉僵化和执行功能产生不同的影响,并探索其潜在的生理机制以及血管功能和执行功能(EF)之间的相关性,研究结果揭示两种运动模式对心血管和认知健康的作用差异及机制,为中老年人精准化运动干预提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study:

With the intensification of aging, cardiovascular disease and cognitive decline have become the main health threats of middle-aged and elderly people. The purpose of this study was to compare the different effects of 8-week moderate-intensity swimming and brisk walking on endothelial function, arterial stiffness and executive function in middle-aged and elderly people aged 50-69 years, and to explore their underlying physiological mechanisms and the correlation between vascular function and executive function (EF), and the results revealed the differences and mechanisms of the effects of the two exercise modes on cardiovascular and cognitive health. To provide a scientific basis for precision exercise intervention in middle-aged and elderly people.

纳入标准:

年龄:50-69岁,性别:不限,健康状况:身体健康,无重大精神系统或身体疾病史,无重大手术治疗史;最近三个月内无使用抗生素,降压药物;体内无异物(手术钢钉等);职业:不限(初中文凭以上)。

Inclusion criteria

Age: 50-69 years old, gender: unlimited, health status: good health, no history of major psychiatric or physical diseases, no history of major surgical treatment; No use of antibiotics or antihypertensive drugs in the last three months; There are no foreign bodies in the body (surgical nails, etc.); Occupation: No limit (junior Chinese with above).

排除标准:

(1)有认知障碍、外周或神经损害、中风或短暂性缺血发作、糖尿病、癫痫、常规偏头痛或其他神经疾病史; (2)有颅外伤、体内安装起搏器、支架等金属物体者; (3)有高血压、心脏病和骨关节疾病,有过重大手术治疗史; (4)色盲。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Have a history of cognitive impairment, peripheral or neurological impairment, stroke or transient ischemic attack, diabetes, epilepsy, conventional migraine, or other neurological diseases; (2) Those who have cranial trauma, metal objects such as pacemakers and stents installed in the body; (3) Have hypertension, heart disease and bone and joint diseases, and have a history of major surgery; (4) Color blindness.

采用微信平台小程序软件进行随机分组,将60名受试者将采用网络抽签的方式,分为游泳组(标记为组1)、健步走组(标记为组2)和空白对照组(标记为组3),抽中的数字代表对应的组别,由不参与实验的其他工作人员进行操作,受试者只有在所有受试者均分组后才会被告知分组情况。

The 60 subjects will be divided into swimming group (marked as group 1), brisk walking group (marked as group 2) and blank control group (marked as group 3) by online lottery, and the numbers in the lottery represent the corresponding group, which will be operated by other staff who do not participate in the experiment, and the subjects will only be informed of the grouping situation after all subjects are grouped.
