研究目的：

1.探讨CEUS在肾肿块诊断方面的应用价值。 2.探讨基于多模态超声（常规灰阶成像、彩色多普勒成像和CEUS等）的超声组学在肾肿块鉴别诊断方面的应用价值。 3.探索多模态超声及超声病理组学在肾恶性肿瘤预后预测中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Explore the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in the diagnosis of renal masses. 2.Investigate the application value of ultrasound genomics based on multimodal ultrasound (including conventional grayscale imaging, color Doppler imaging, and CEUS) in the differential diagnosis of renal masses. 3.Explore the application value of multimodal ultrasound and ultrasound pathology genomics in the prognostic prediction of renal malignancies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18-90岁患者，性别不限； 2.患者曾因肾肿块在复旦大学附属中山医院就诊和治疗； 3.术前均行超声检查，病灶可显示； 4.检查前未针对病灶进行治疗（如手术、消融治疗等）的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18 to 90 years, regardless of gender; 2. Patients who have previously sought diagnosis and treatment for renal masses at Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University; 3. Preoperative ultrasound examination was performed for all patients, and lesions were visible; 4. Patients who had not received treatment for the lesions (such as surgery, ablation therapy, etc.) before the examination.

排除标准：

1.超声图像储存不合符要求者（如缺少关键图像、肿瘤过大不能完全显示者）； 2.不能配合完成超声检查或对超声造影剂过敏的患者； 3.其他恶性肿瘤患者； 4.严重的心、肺、肾、脑等重要脏器疾病患者； 5.严重的感染症状者； 6.精神障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients whose ultrasound images do not meet the requirements (e.g., missing key images, tumors too large to be fully displayed); 2. Patients who cannot cooperate with the ultrasound examination or are allergic to ultrasound contrast agents; 3. Patients with other malignant tumors; 4. Patients with severe diseases of important organs such as the heart, lungs, kidneys, or brain; 5. Patients with severe infection symptoms; 6. Patients with mental disorders.
