研究目的：

（1）探讨优化儿童镇静前禁食策略的安全性与可行性，以期减少禁食相关不良反应的发生，提高镇静过程儿童的舒适度和家长的满意度； （2）基于胃窦超声测量技术探索建立适用于儿童胃排空预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the safety and feasibility of optimizing the fasting strategy before pediatric sedation, with the aim of reducing the occurrence of fasting-related adverse reactions and improving the comfort of children during the sedation process as well as the satisfaction of parents; (2) To explore and establish a prediction model suitable for pediatric gastric emptying based on the antral ultrasound measurement technique.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)6月-12岁儿童； (2)ASA-PS 1-2级； (3)拟行MRI检查并因临床需要接受诊疗性镇静的患儿。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Children aged from 6 months to 12 years old; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status (ASA-PS) class 1-2; (3) Children who are scheduled to undergo an MRI examination and need to receive procedural sedation due to clinical requirements.

排除标准：

(1)存在胃肠道功能异常或相关疾病（如恶心呕吐、胃食管反流、肠梗阻等）； (2)有急性或慢性疾病可能影响胃排空（如糖尿病、重度肥胖、神经系统疾病等）； (3)存在气道异常或引起通气困难的疾病（如小下颌、气道喉软化症、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征等）； (4)在镇静前使用可能影响胃肠动力的药物； (5)拒绝配合超声检查或因其他原因无法完成研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with abnormal gastrointestinal functions or related diseases (such as nausea and vomiting, gastroesophageal reflux, intestinal obstruction, etc.); (2) Patients with acute or chronic diseases that may affect gastric emptying (such as diabetes mellitus, severe obesity, neurological diseases, etc.); (3) Patients with airway abnormalities or diseases leading to ventilation difficulties (such as micrognathia, laryngomalacia of the airway, sleep apnea syndrome, etc.); (4) Patients who have used medications that may affect gastrointestinal motility prior to sedation; (5) Patients who refuse to cooperate with the ultrasound examination or are unable to complete the study due to other reasons.

盲法：

由于禁食策略涉及受试者的饮食行为，受试者及其监护人难以保持盲法，因此采用单盲试验设计，即评估胃内容物的研究者对受试者的分组情况保持不知情，以减少观察者偏倚。

Blinding：

Since the fasting strategy involves the dietary behaviors of the subjects, it is difficult for the subjects and their guardians to maintain the blind method. Therefore, a single-blind trial design is adopted, that is, the researchers evaluating the gastric contents remain unaware of the grouping of the subjects, so as to reduce observer bias.
