研究目的：

1、探索格氏乳杆菌LG-G12调节机体代谢的效果； 2、探索格氏乳杆菌LG-G12对肠道菌群及其代谢产物改善情况。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of Lactobacillus gasseri LG-G12 on regulating metabolism; To explore the improvement of gut microbiota and its metabolites by Lactobacillus gasseri LG-G12.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、18~65岁（包含两端），超重或肥胖人群，具体诊断标准如下： a. BMI>=24.0； b. 腰围男性＞85cm，女性＞80cm； c. 体脂率男性>=25%，女性>=35%； 上述标准至少符合2条视为符合诊断标准。 2、自愿继续参加本研究，并签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.18 to 65 years old (including both ends), overweight or obese people, the specific diagnostic criteria are as follows: BMI>= 24.0; b. Waist circumference male > 85cm, female > 80cm ;? c.body fat rate >= 25 % in males and >= 35 % in females ;? at least 2 of the above criteria are considered to meet the diagnostic criteria.? 2.Voluntary continue to participate in this study, and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1、药物使用：干预前1周内服用抗生素、益生菌、益生元、降压药、降糖药等可能影响试验结果的受试者。 2、疾病情况：经专业医生诊断患有糖尿病、痛风、高血压等代谢性疾病和（或）心脏病等严重器质性疾病；消化道疾病患者（克罗恩病、胃切除术后、肠易激惹综合征等）；甲状腺以及肾功能异常者。 3、不能经口进食者或不能按规定服用受试样品者。 4、体质虚弱无法进行试验者。 5、其他研究员认为需要排除的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Drug use: Subjects who took antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, antihypertensive drugs, hypoglycemic drugs, and other drugs within 1 week before the intervention may affect the test results.? 2.Diseases: Metabolic diseases such as diabetes, gout, and hypertension and/or severe organic diseases such as heart disease were diagnosed by professional doctors; patients with digestive tract diseases (Crohn's disease, postgastrectomy, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.); thyroid and renal dysfunction.? 3.those who could not eat by mouth or could not take the test sample according to the regulations.? 4.Physical weakness cannot be tested.? 5.Cases that other researchers believe need to be excluded.
