研究目的：

通过观察使用羟甲香豆素的新冠患者血清透明质酸变化水平，明确透明质酸(HA)水平与新冠病毒感染者疾病发生发展的相关性，为我区新冠病毒感染者分级诊疗提供临床数据；明确羟甲香豆素对减缓新冠患者肺部病变及淋巴细胞恢复等临床症状的治疗效果，最终全面揭示羟甲香豆素在治疗新冠病毒致病进程中的作用 。  

Objectives of Study：

By observing the change level of serum hyaluronic acid in patients using oxymethaumarin, the correlation between hyaluronic acid (HA) level and the occurrence and development of new coronavirus patients was clarified, so as to provide clinical data for the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment of new coronavirus patients in our district. To clarify the therapeutic effect of oxymethaumarin on slowing down the clinical symptoms such as lung lesions and lymphocyte recovery in patients with new crown coronavirus, and finally comprehensively reveal the role of oxymecoumarin in the treatment of the pathogenic process of new coronavirus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄14周岁以上，性别不限； (2)经咽拭子测定确诊新冠病毒感染者； (3)血清透明质酸水平大于100ng/ml。

Inclusion criteria

1.Be over 14 years old, and with no gender limitation; 2.Patients confirmed with novel coronavirus infection, using the nasopharyngeal swab; 3.The level of hyaluronic acid in serum is greater than 100ng/ml.

排除标准：

(1)存在严重的非感染性肺部基础病，包括：肺部肿瘤、肺不张、肺栓塞、肺嗜酸性粒细胞浸润症及肺血管炎患者； (2)严重的肝肾功能障碍：①ALT、AST超过正常值上限10倍以上，②血肌配值超过正常值上限1.5倍以上，③总胆红素超过2倍正常值上限； (3)胆道梗阻患者； (4)其他研究者认为不适合入选本试验者，或者研究者认为可能存在增加受试者风险或干扰临床试验的任何情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pations with severe non-infectious pulmonary disease, including lung tumor,pulmonary atelectasis,pulmonary embolism,pulmonary eosinophilic infiltration,pulmonary vasculitis; 2.Patients who has severe liver and kidney dysfunction, for example; ALT and AST exceed the upper limit of normal value by more than 10 times; the serum creatinine exceed the upper limit of normal value by more than 1.5 times; the total bilirubin exceed the upper limit of normal value by more than 2 times; 3.Patients with biliary obstruction; 4.Other patients that investigators consider they do not suitable for this trial, or the investigators believe that there may be any conditions that increase the risk of participants or interfere with the clinical trial.

病例记录表：使用宁夏回族自治区人民医院电子病例系统详细记录患者的基本情况、既往病史、用药情况、研究相关指标变化情况； 数据采集及分析：使用excel表格采集数据，详细采集患者的基本信息、HA水平、凝血功能、肝肾功能、血常规、淋巴细胞、炎性指标等相关数据并使用SPSS进行数据分析。

Case Record Form: The electronic medical record system of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region People's Hospital was used to record patients' basic informations, past medical histories, drug use, and changes of related indicators in detail; Data acquisition and analysis: Excel tables were used to collect data, and relevant data such as basic information, HA level, coagulation function, liver and kidney function, blood routine examination, lymphocyte and inflammatory indicators of patients were collected in detail, and SPSS was used for data analysis.
